Before you send your request
What kind of image engraves well?
A clean logo or drawing on a plain background, dark lines on light. Photographs full of fine detail lose that detail once they are cut into wood, so we simplify them and show you the result before anything is made.
Can I send a PDF, AI or SVG file?
Yes, by email to [email protected] with the reference number shown on this page. The form here takes JPG, PNG and WebP up to 24 MB; design files come by email and we match them to your request.
Is the price on this page final?
It is an estimate for the standard sizes and the wood you pick. Engraving your own image or logo is quoted separately, because the work depends on how clean the file is: we look at it and tell you before anything starts. Quantity and custom dimensions also move the figure, and we confirm everything on WhatsApp.
Do you engrave in Arabic and English?
Both, and both together on the same piece. Arabic calligraphy is set by hand, and the script style you choose here is the one we work from.
How many pieces can I order?
From one to several hundred. Corporate sets carrying the same logo are a large part of what we do, and the corporate gifting page covers those in detail.
